Upon shipping (via United States Postal Services), NSPRE™ Electronics will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the package once your order has left our facility.
Each device is 100% insured with NSPRE™ Electronics and will be insured by our preferred shipping method for damages, lost or stolen packages; however, NSPRE™ is not liable to re-send or re-issue another device/s in case of accidents or parcels being lost, stolen or damaged while in transit.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please follow the proper steps to file a claim with United States Postal Services.
Return & Exchange Policy

When ordering and products under pre-order, you understand that you are pre-ordering, and item/s is not yet available for shipping. Refunds are welcome during the waiting period to launch. Upon release and shipping, you will have (14) days to return your item for any reason.
The 14-day return starts on the day your device is marked delivered by United States Postal Service.
Note: Please understand that devices must be inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds are not issued while item/s are in transit.
If for any reason, a refund can not be issued due to damage, wear and tear or missing pieces, you will be informed via email. Damages of any kind can result in not receiving a full refund on your item/s.
Exchanges will only be available if inventory is available. Exchanges after 7 days are prohibited. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unopened, does not display wear/tear or usage of any kind.
