REFUNDS
Processing
Refunds are processed within 1-3 days of receiving your return or having your refund approved.
Refunds are not eligible on items after 14-days. Your 14-days will start after your order is marked delivered. No exceptions.
Refund Methods
We will not refund any orders outside of the original payment method. If you paid with a credit/debit card, Sezzle, or Klarna, those methods will be refunded only.
Refunds are not given while items are in transit. Providing us with a tracking number is very important. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while they are in transit back to us.
Electronics
All electronic orders must be fully inspected prior to a refund being processed. An $8 restocking fee is deducted from all returns. If there are items missing from the box of products, additional fees are deducted for each missing item.
