BY PURCHASING FROM NSPREELECTRONICS.COM YOU AGREE TO ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY OF ITEM ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DISPATCHED AND A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED AND ITEM IS SHIPPED THROUGH OUR CHANNELS (UPS OR USPS). WE DO NOT REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF THERE IS A DELAY OR ANY EXCEPTION TO DELIVERY ( LOST OR STOLEN ) YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH SHIPPING AGENT (UPS or USPS).
IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU OPEN & INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO ENSURE EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER IS INSIDE; UNLESS YOUR ORDER WAS MARKED PARTIALLY FULFILLED.
NSPRE® IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES AS THIS IS VERY UNPREDICTABLE WITH ALL SHIPPING CARRIERS.
WAITING EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME TO MAKE US AWARE OF MISSING ITEMS IS NOT GUARANTEED TO BE SOLVED IN A TIMELY FASHION.
Will COVID-19 affect my delivery?
NSPRE® is taking extra precautions during this time, It may add additional processing days to your order as we are redoing our indoor team a bit. On behalf of all shipping carriers, a delay may occur in their processing and delivery times that NSPRE® can not predict.
How long will it take to receive my order?
United States: Standard: 5-7 business days
United States (Rush): 1-3 business days
Canada: Standard: 8-17 business days
Canada (Rush): 5-7 business days
United Kingdom: Standard: 8-17 business days
United Kingdom (Rush): 5-8 business days
Note: NSPRE® does not set the shipping rates for International Orders. The rates provided are rates directly from USPS or UPS. The shipping times above will vary based on your shipping selection.
How does NSPRE® ship orders?
We use USPS and UPS for all United States and International orders. In cases where there are extreme delays with shipping carriers, we will use the next best delivery option.
Are there any international shipping fees?
There is no Yes/No answer to this question in terms of the carrier. You will not pay any additional fees to NSPRE®, however, with ever changing customs requirements, you may or may not be subjected to custom fees. If you are, this will appear on your package tracking with the ability to pay any fees directly to the carrier. NSPRE® is not responsible for any fees incurred.
This most common with UPS International Shipping and very seldom with DHL and USPS. We recommend selecting DHL or USPS for your International orders.
What happens if my order is lost or damage in transit?
Upon shipping, NSPRE® Electronics will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the package once your order has left our facility. We are not liable to re-send or re-issue products in case of accidents or parcels being lost, stolen or damaged while in transit.
We will work closely with the shipping carrier to provide a solutions and file proper claims to help resolve any delivery issues. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please follow the proper steps to file a claim with United States Postal Services.
What if I want to cancel my order after shipping?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering. If your item has already left our facility, you will have to resend/refuse your item upon delivery and have it sent back to NSPRE® to have your order refunded.
Note: If you 'Refuse" an item by taking it to USPS or UPS, they will simply return the item free of charge. Opening the package may result in needing to purchase a label.

Important Notice: Please do not return items without approval or disapproval. Returning items without proper process will result in a "refusal of return" and your item will be sent back to you with or with out prior notice. For return/exchanges please visit: nspre.returnscenter.com
How long do I have to return my item for a full refund?
All orders can be returned for a refund within 14-days. The 14-day returns starts on the day your order is marked delivered.
Am I refunded shipping cost?
No, all orders are refunded the product/s price only. Shipping is not included in refund total.
When are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed after your order has been returned to our facility. Please understand that devices must be inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds are not issued while item/s are in transit. After inspection, refunds are processed within 1-2 days.
What if the product is not like its image and I want to return it?
All NSPRE® products are identical to the provided images. We ensure to include real photos of our products, on real customers and/or models for clear view of all products. These photos give you an idea of their fit, look and material prior to purchasing.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
Due to a returned product being opened and/or used, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. If you are returning multiple items, a $8 fee will be applied for each item.
If you are returning a item within your 14-day window and any items are missing, damaged or altered within the package, your refund can be penalized for each missing or damaged item.
Damages of any kind can result in not receiving a full refund on your item/s and may incur penalties listed above. Depending on the extent of the damages, items may be rejected for return.
Upon receiving your order, please check all of your device's functionalities, activations ability, and features. Returns after 14-days are prohibited on all products.
NSPRE® reserves the right to decline a return for any reason mentioned above and resend your purchase back to original address.

NSPRE® Electronics exchange policy is strictly applied.
Exchanges will only be optional if inventory is available. Exchanges after 7 days are prohibited. To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unopened, does not display wear/tear or usage of any kind.
NSPRE® reserves the right to decline an exchange for any reason and resend your purchase back to original address.
